THE PILOT'S INSTITUTION

Oasau bears the name and vision of its founder — Michel Coulomb, an aviator above all else.

Before he built a company, he built a body of knowledge that few in business aviation can claim: over 15,000 flight hours as pilot in command, a test pilot for Gulfstream and Bombardier, present at the very genesis of the aircraft he would one day manage.

That discipline & rigour of the cockpit — is the invisible architecture of everything Elit’Avia does.

It shapes how we recruit, how we decide, how we hold ourselves and others to account. Around him, a leadership team where no member brings fewer than decades in aeronautics: people who arrived here by the same road, and who maintain the same standards for the same reasons.

The cockpit came first. The boardroom followed. We are equally at home in both.
